How we handle your answers
This notice explains what Far West Consulting collects when you take the diagnostic, why, what we do with it, and your rights under Taiwan's Personal Data Protection Act.
What we collect
Your name, email, your company and role (the single text field you fill in), the pathway you picked, and your answers to the five diagnostic questions. We also record the date of your submission and the country you submitted from (no IP address stored).
Why we collect it
To prepare for a follow-up Discovery conversation with you, and so Paul Santone can email you within 48 hours referencing what you said.
What we do with it
- We read your submission. Paul replies personally.
- We store your answers for 12 months from the submission date, then we delete them.
- We do not sell your data, share it with third parties for marketing, or use it to train AI models.
- We do not share your individual answers with other clients in a way that could re-identify you.
Sub-processors
We use Cloudflare for hosting and database (the database lives on Cloudflare's global edge). We use Resend to deliver the email Paul sends you. Both are bound by their own privacy policies; we minimize what they see.
Your rights
Under Article 11 of the PDPA, you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data, withdraw your consent, or stop email contact at any time. Email Paul at [email protected]. We respond within 7 business days.
