The Discovery is the paid engagement that begins every Far West Consulting relationship. Half a day on a call with Paul Santone, then an asynchronous multi-respondent intake of your team, then a knowledge-base bundle delivered to you.

The bundle covers four audiences: individual (per person on the team), team (collective workflow + handoffs), company (governance, regulatory, vendors), and AI-agent (drop-in context for the team's AI tools — Claude Project files, Copilot custom instructions, NotebookLM source material). Built from what your team actually knows, in language your AI tools can use.
