Accessibility

Built for everyone who reads it.

We treat accessibility as part of the build, not a bolt-on. This page is what that means in practice, what we're still working on, and how to tell us if something gets in your way.

The target

We build this site to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. That's the standard most governments and enterprises reference, and the bar we hold our own pages to before they ship.

What that means in practice

  • Keyboard and screen reader. Every interactive element (navigation, dropdowns, the theme toggle, forms) works without a mouse, and a "skip to content" link is the first thing a screen reader reaches. Menus announce their open state and close on Escape.

  • Visible focus. Wherever you are on the page, the focused element carries a clear outline, so keyboard users never lose their place.

  • Color and contrast. Body text, links, and buttons meet WCAG AA contrast in both light and dark mode. The site ships in dark mode by default and respects your system preference where you've set one.

  • Reduced motion. If your device asks for reduced motion, the entrance animations and scroll reveals collapse to nothing. No movement is ever required to read or use the site.

  • Structure, text, and zoom. Pages use real headings and landmarks, text resizes and reflows when you zoom, and nothing depends on color alone to make sense. Tap targets are sized for touch. The whole site is available in English and Traditional Chinese.

Where we're not done

  • The Calendly booking calendar is third-party. On the booking page, the scheduling widget is built and hosted by Calendly, so its accessibility is outside our control. It loads only when you click to open it. If it doesn't work for you, email us and we'll book the call with you directly.

  • We test, but we don't catch everything. We check against WCAG 2.1 AA as we build, but we don't claim perfection. If you hit a barrier, telling us is the fastest way it gets fixed.

Found a barrier?

Email [email protected] and tell us what page you were on and what got in your way. We aim to reply within 7 business days, and we'll work with you to get the information or the booking done another way in the meantime.
