- A half-day, in person. We sit with your team where the work happens and learn how things really run.
- A quiet intake afterward. Each person adds their own roles, daily realities, pain points, tools, and goals, on their own time. No scheduling marathon.
- A knowledge base built for four audiences. One layer per person, one for how the team works together and hands off, one for the company's governance, regulations, and vendors, and one your AI tools can read directly: Claude Project files, Copilot custom instructions, NotebookLM source material.
- A clear recommendation on what's next. Custom training, an integration build, change strategy, comms work, or an after-action retainer, scoped to what actually fits rather than a fixed package.
